On December 16, we welcomed Romsey Under 10’s to the Rec. They brought a large, in every sense of the word, squad of players and supporters. Romsey turned up with 14. Fordingbridge had 6 players.

Following a training session – warm-up, passing drills, tackling drills – we entered into a 6-a-side tournament. Romsey put up two sides. Results as follows:

Fordingbridge beat Romsey A 2-1

Romsey B beat Romsey A 4-0

Fordingbridge lost 1-0 to Romsey B.

Fordingbridge try scorers were Harry and Jed.

Our rugby, commitment and enthusiasm were, as always, excellent. And Romsey commented on our free-flowing, passing style and commitment at the ruck and maul!
